Lina Lee

Lina has been a yoga practitioner for more than 20 years and is a Certified Iyengar Yoga Teacher. She is also a National Academy of Sports Medicine certified personal trainer and has been teaching groups and individuals since 2016.

Through her own journey of seeking a healthy life and working with other people to do the same, she has observed the positive changes Iyengar yoga can make in a person’s health. Lina believes a regular yoga practice will help strengthen the body, calm the nervous system, and ease the mind. She wants to bring these benefits to people through her teaching.

Our mission is to offer yoga taught in the Iyengar tradition inclusive to all in a safe supportive environment for our student’s continued health and well-being.
