Join us in Celebration of International Yoga Day on Sunday, June 21
We are offering a series of free classes. See the schedule below and register for the classes you wish to attend. For more information about each class, click on the registration link for a class description.
If you do not attend classes with us, you will need to create an account on punchpass to register for the class. If you have questions and need help, please email us at: studio@iyogasouthbay.com
At the conclusion of the classes we will be showing a video of local Bay area teachers who preformed at the Iyengar Yoga Convention in Philadelphia last month. It is a joy to see.
(As a reminder, please do not wear baggy pants as we need to see your knees. Also, do not eat a heavy meal within 2 hours of the class. A light snack is fine.)
