Victoria Austin has been practicing yoga and meditation since 1971, and has been a CIYT since 1988. Her classes emphasize actions that integrate one’s practice intention into the beauty of human life. Since the pandemic, using a format suggested in conversation with B.K.S. Iyengar, Victoria has continuously offered pranayama trainings to support practitioners’ equanimity and responsiveness in real world conditions.
While we prefer that you attend the workshop in person so that Victoria can best assist you, for students from out of town, if you require online attendance, please email us at: studio@iyogasouthbay to receive the zoom link.
